From Analogue to Advanced VoIP

Emergency Infrastructure Recovery
When a critical failure brought a client’s communications systems to a halt late in the day, SM Unified Solutions responded immediately. After 5pm, our engineers travelled over three hours to attend the site, diagnose the fault, and implement a full system recovery to restore operations the same evening. Working through until the early hours, we ensured services were stabilised, performance was fully restored, and preventative measures were put in place before returning to the office at 2am. For our client, downtime was minimised; for us, it was simply part of delivering the level of support and commitment we stand by.
Door Entry System Assessment
SM Unified Solutions attended a client site to review and reconfigure their 2N door entry system, implementing tailored configuration changes to better align with operational requirements. While on site, we collaborated with a third-party contractor to investigate a basement door maglock connection issue. We diagnosed the fault as external to our system, guided the contractor to the root cause, and demonstrated that the door entry system was functioning correctly. This approach ensured clarity on system responsibility and reinforced the reliability of our installed solution.
